How does the returning guest discount work?▾
As a previous guest, you receive an exclusive discount when you book directly with us instead of through Airbnb. This saves both of us on platform fees, and we pass those savings on to you!
Is my payment secure?▾
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We never see or store your card details.
What happens after I reserve?▾
Vi will personally confirm your dates within 24 hours and send you a detailed confirmation email with check-in instructions, local tips, and everything you need for your stay.
What if my dates aren't available?▾
If your requested dates are unavailable, your deposit will be fully refunded within 3-5 business days. Vi will also suggest alternative dates that work.
When is the remaining balance due?▾
The remaining 75% of your stay total is due 30 days before your check-in date. Vi will send a payment link via email when it's time.
